Andrej Mihajlov c587874e47 Correct capacity argument when casting memory to sockaddr_* type.
The capacity argument indicates the number of instances of sockaddr_* and not
number of bytes within the pointer.

Roopesh Chander ba644415c7 UI: When saving on-demand rules on a config, enable on-demand if active
When a user saves on-demand rules on the configuration, set
onDemandEnabled to true if the tunnel is active, and false if it isn't.
Then deactivate the tunnel.
